Imparting knowledge during a training session needs one to acquire the right instructional design knowledge (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) and the interpersonal skills of a trainer. This ensures the trainer is competent to deliver training programme effectively and at the optimum standard, allowing learners to acquire the necessary knowledge and skill on the subject.

Through this workshop, you will learn about the pedagogy of adult learners which includes planning, development, designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes for any level of audience. This includes hands-on tips and tricks you can employ during training sessions.

   

Programme Objective

This programme is designed for professionals to refine and improve their knowledge and skills to plan, develop, design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for any level of audience following the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.

– Professionals who would like to expand their knowledge of instructional design, delivery and evaluation process in training and development
– Potential and existing trainers who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in the design and delivery of a training programme
