Project Management, Planning And Execution (2 Days)

“Operations keep the lights on, strategy provides the light at the end of the tunnel, but project management is the train engine that moves the organisation forward” – Joy Gumz

Every business organisation needs capable managers to take on multiple projects and ‘see them through’.  Project management requires the practical application of specific knowledge, leadership skills, supportive resources, and techniques to deliver projects in accordance to customer’s specifications and on time!
