Reinushini Chandrasegaram is a strong advocate of organisational governance. She is the Managing Director of RC Compliance Sdn. Bhd., a boutique governance, risk and compliance & sustainability assurance advisory, consulting and training firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is a Director of the Malaysian Alliance of Corporate Directors (MACD), a Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (ACSAP) and a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO).

She consults with major organisations in a broad range of industry sectors to develop, implement and evaluate integrated compliance programs and frameworks to meet the requirements of Corporate Liability adequate procedures (Section 17A MACC Act 2009) & ISO 37001:2016 ABMS, providing advisory on corruption risk assessment, compliance training, corporate governance and sustainability statement assurance.

She brings, collectively, more than 30 years of leadership and professional experience in the areas of compliance, integrity, governance, internal audit, risk, anti-corruption and sustainability assurance. She is a Technical Committee member of the ESG Exchange and Policy Committee Member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) where she significantly contributed to the development of GNDI Global Survey 2023 – Future of Board Governance.

She held senior positions and leadership roles in Business Integrity & Compliance as Compliance Officer and Advisor in a European Oil & Gas MNC, where she had an exemplary record of elevating compliance and inculcating a culture of integrity within the Asia Pacific region. She is a seasoned Internal Auditor from conglomerates with operations in diverse industries. She is a valued advisor to Executive Directors and Boards of the organisations she engages with in her current capacity as Managing Director of RC Compliance Sdn. Bhd. and Director, MACD.

Reinushini is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certified Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism Compliance Officer (CAMCO) with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Leicester, UK.

She speaks at national and international professional forums, conferences and training programs for Directors, C-Suite, Senior Management and professional bodies as speaker, moderator and panelist.

As a HRD Corp accredited trainer and subject matter expert, Reinushini is an appointed writer and trainer for the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC), the training and development arm of the Securities Commission, Malaysia. She frequently facilitates programs for participating organizations under the Capital Market.

Reinushini has developed and delivered numerous training programs in compliance, governance, risk, anti-corruption ESG Audit and Assurance. RC Compliance Sdn. Bhd. is an AA1000 Licensed Sustainability Assurance Provider
