Julia Chin, also known as the Compliance Blackbelt, is a multi-lingual financial industry professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, having developed her expertise through roles at prominent organizations including KPMG, Kuala Lumpur Options and Financial Futures Exchange (“KLOFFE”), HSBC, and Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad in Malaysia.

She is a subject matter expert on Correspondent Banking, Securities Services, and most recently Fintech in the areas of Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, and Fraud Management.

Julia is a member of the APAC Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime (“GCFFC”) Secretariat.
