In the face of industry disruption and market volatility, businesses are required to reinvent who they are and why they exist to remain relevant. Conscious leaders will take responsibility to increase the synergy and effectiveness of the team to support the changing market dynamics. A conscious and strategic leader will use all the resources at its most effective way to produce the most desired results. Most organisations acknowledge the link between team performance and business results but are unclear about what it takes to develop high performance synergistic teams in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world.

Programme Objective
This programme aims to provide participants with fundamental knowledge and skills required in developing high synergy teams in conscious leadership style.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

  • describe the leadership fundamentals in VUCA environment;
  • explain the various leadership styles and how it’s applied in different cultures;
  • explain the identified leadership strategy to achieve the desired business goals; and
  • discuss the execution process and action plans in ensuring team synergy is achieved.
