Business Analytics – Making Data Driven Business Decisions

 

Data is fundamental for business growth and sustainability in any organisation across the capital market. Analytics is a process performed on data to generate insights that drive decisions that may have direct impact on revenue or other areas of importance.

Global organisations collect, save, categorise and analyse data about their customers, business processes and market economics to study purchasing trends and patterns. Insights from data help organisations predict and inform business decisions in specific areas like marketing, human resources, finance, and operations to innovate and make clearer decisions based on facts, instead of best guesses and past performances. Being data-driven gives business leaders and decision makers the edge to make more accurate business decisions.

Programme Objective

This programme will explain how business analytics can be used in capital market industry applications. It will focus on the basic process of business analytics with case examples
