ISLAMIC CAPITAL MARKET GRADUATE
TRAINING SCHEME (ICMGTS)

The ICMGTS was jointly developed by the SC and SIDC in 2009 to facilitate the creation of human capital for the Islamic Capital Market (ICM). The ICMGTS 2.0V is an 8-week intensive virtual training programme, comprising 5 pillars:

  1. Islamic
  2. General
  3. Behavioural
  4. Leadership
  5. Fintech

Programme dates:
1 Sep – 30 Oct 2020

Internship:
Nov 2020 – Feb 2021

“The new enhanced ICMGTS 2.0V programme is specially designed to help graduates and professionals seeking a career in the Islamic Capital Market and as part of SC’s ‘Building Capabilities and Providing Jobs’ initiatives under the National Economic Revival Plan (PENJANA). ICMGTS 2.0V also includes an internship programme for all participants, geared towards channelling fresh talent for the future development needs of the Malaysian Islamic capital market.”

SCLE (EXAMINATIONS)

  • Opportunities for participants to sit for 2 SCLE combination modules as part of career pathway

CERTIFICATION

  • Data Analytic Course (Ngee Ann Polytechnic Singapore)
  • Business Communication Skills (British Council)

Malaysians aged up to 35 years; possess at least a second class upper degree or its equivalent from a recognised institution of higher learning in related fields such as Accounting/Islamic Accounting, Banking/Islamic Banking, Economics/Islamic Economics, Finance/Islamic Finance, Legal and Shariah
