Speaker- Vanda Chan
Ms Chan helps businesses with better social media marketing strategy and more effective social media marketing campaigns. Proficient in e-commerce marketing and social media crisis management, she provides full-service social media management, consultancy service for e-commerce business and preparation for a social media crisis. Ms Chan was the first webmaster for Nestle Malaysia and has experience in handling more than a hundred digital campaigns and activations for brands like NESCAFE, KIT KAT, PURINA, and NESTLE DRUMSTICK. She was also a member of their Crisis Management Core Team and responsible for providing Crisis Management services for all Nestle Malaysia brands. Since 2011, she has solved more than 40 social media crises with listening/monitoring tools such as Radian6, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Sysomos & Talkwalker. At present, Ms Chan offers consultancy services for digital and social media marketing as well as e-commerce strategy and website planning. She has provided e-commerce consultancy for Malaysian Export Academy's SME clients and is also on the e-commerce panel of the Malaysian Exporters Association.
