Seminar On Implementing An Effective System Of Internal Control For SMEs And Public Companies

Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIA Malaysia) are jointly organising the above seminar on 4 August 2008. This event is supported by Bursa Malaysia, SIDC and SMIDEC. At the end of the Conference, participants will be able to understand the Companies Act (Amendment) Act 2007 in relation to internal controls and design and implement an effective internal control throughout the organization.
